All New Legendary Power Armor Effects
The following are all new effects that can appear on pieces of power armor once you obtained them in the game.
Effect | What it Does |
Limb Damage | Reduces the amount of damage you take to the limbs slightly. |
Diver’s | Makes it so you can breath underwater. |
Improved Sneaking | Makes it harder for enemies to find you while you are sneaking. |
Acrobat’s | Reduces the amount of fall damage you take when falling. |
Auto-Revive | Small chance to auto review via a stimpack. |

All New Legendary Weapon Effects
The following are all new effects that can appear on weapons once you obtained them in the game.
Effect | What it Does |
Aristocrat’s | Both energy and damage Resistances increase with the number of caps you have on hand with a max of +20 for each resistance at 29k. |
Dissipating | With this effect you will slowly regenerate radiation damage when out of combat. (not very good if you ask me) |
Toxic | With this effect you gain a five percent chance to deal 100 Poison damage to melee attackers. |
Frozen | With this effect you gain a five percent chance to deal 100 Cryo damage to melee attackers. |
Electrified | With this effect you gain a five percent chance to deal 100 Energy damage to melee attackes. |
Overeater’s | This effect Increases Damage Reduction up to six percent as you fill your hunger and thirst meters. |
Glutton’s | Hunger and Thirst grow ten percent slower. This effect stacks up to a maximum of 50 percent. |
Fireproof | Fireproof gives you a 25 percent fire resistance boost. |
Warming | Warming gives you a 25 percent cryo resistance boost. |
Burning | With Buring you gain a five percent chance to deal 100 Fire damage to melee attackers |
Doctor’s | This effect makes Stimpaks, RadAway, and Rad-X five more percent effective. |
Hardy | Receive ten percent less damage from explosion with Hardy. |
