Genshin Impact Yougou Cleansing Guide

Yougou Cleansing is the last objective in Genshin Impact's Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual questline. Travelers should prepare for an extremely challenging battle ahead, as this final boss—Miasmic Tumor—isn't holding back on the punches.

Meet Kazari outside the entrance to the depths. This entrance is located some distance beneath Grand Narukami Shrine, so just glide down as close as you can get. She will lift the barrier and urge you to take a leap of faith into the depths below.

Before you jump, though, you should probably know what you're getting into. This battle involves:

• Bale-Thunder, so you'll constantly need to be summoning an Electrogram (or take massive damage over time)
• Smaller/minion enemy summons
• Miasmic Tumor sending ranged attacks at you every few seconds
• Three shrine puzzles. Yep.

It's a lot to handle at once, but with our guide (and lots of in-game meal prep) you'll be able to take on Miasmic Tumor with no problem.

Stage 1 Puzzle Sequence

Going around the room counter-clockwise, the first puzzle sequence goes as follows:

Going around the room counter-clockwise, the second puzzle sequence is as follows:

• Starter point = 1

• 2

Stage 3 Puzzle Sequence

Again, go around the room counter-clockwise and adjust the shrines as follows:

• Starter point = 1
• 2
• 3
• 3
• 2

Defeating Miasmic Tumor

After completing the third puzzle, it won't take much at all to bring down Miasmic Tumor once and for all. Kazari will thank you for all your help in restoring the Sacred Sakura and finally reveals her true identity, wrapping up the Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual questline with a lovely cutscene.
