Season 6 of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone introduced three new weapons at launch. One of these weapons is the .410 Ironhide Shotgun. Unlike any other Shotgun in Warzone, it uses lever-action.
It's not a competitive weapon but still is fun to use. The Ironhide Shotgun is on a par with its pump-action counterparts like Hauer 77 and Model 680. This guide will showcase the best Ironhide loadout and class setup for Warzone.
Best Ironhide Warzone Loadout
The best Ironhide attachments for a deadly close-quarters shotgun loadout in Warzone are:
- Muzzle — Agency Choke
- Barrel — 22.3" Reinforced Heavy
- Laser — SWAT 5mW Laser Sight
- Stock — No Stock
- Magazine — 7 Rnd Tube
The above Ironhide loadout is a hipfire build. Agency Choke and Reinforced Barrel are crucial for any Cold War shotgun. They massively improve damage range while hurting aim down sight (ADS) and sprinting speeds quite a bit.
No Stock gives a huge boost to sprint to fire time while reducing hip-fire accuracy. 5mW Laser overcomes this downgrade. Finally, 7 Rnd Tube for a bigger magazine without hurting ADS much.
If you are an ADS user, swap the Laser and Stock for the following two attachments:
- Stock — Marathon Stock
- Rear Grip — Serpent Wrap
The rest of the attachments remain the same. Serpent Wrap significantly improves ADS speed while reducing sprint to fire time slightly. This reduction is countered by the Marathon Stock, which also boosts the ADS movement and strafe speeds.
.410 Ironhide Best Class setup
Pair the Ironhide shotgun with a decent Assault Rifle of your choice. Our recommended class setup for Rebirth Island and Verdansk is:
- Primary Weapon — M13 / Grav / CW AK47
- Secondary Weapon — .410 Ironhide
- Lethal — Throwing Knife
- Tactical — Heartbeat Sensor
- Perk 1 — EOD
- Perk 2 — Overkill / Ghost
- Perk 3 — Amped / Tracker
