Total War Warhammer III was just announced by Xbox News Wire that it would be launching on Xbox Game Pass on release day. The release date for the game was also confirmed to be February 17, 2022.
This is the first time a Total War Warhammer game has launched onto the Xbox Game Pass, thus making it a very momentous announcement.
Along with that, Total War Warhammer III is quickly shaping up as the biggest release for the series, with a ton of factions and legendary lords launching in the game upon release.

One of these factions featured is Grand Cathay, which was vastly unknown prior to the third installment of the Total War Warhammer series. But with this latest release, the mysterious faction now has a place to stand front and center alongside the main factions in the universe.
The new faction comes complete with lords, a vast army roster, and tons of lore to shed light on the mysterious faction of the far east within the Warhammer universe. Grand Cathay will also play a heavy role in the game's story, which is planned as a focal point of the campaign.
