Genshin Impact has had many events, most of which give out rewards for starting or completing them. It's safe to say that the Windsong Lyre is probably one of the best rewards ever given in an event. If you missed the Windblume festival though, you won't be able to use the item.
Where to get the Windsong Lyre
Despite being tied to the Windblume festival, you can still get the Lyre in Genshin Impact all it takes is a little bit of traveling. The Windsong Lyre is now sold by Marjorie in Mondstadt.

There are no special requirements for getting Majorie to sell the lyre, you simply need to speak with her and choose:
- I'd like to get some special souviniers please.
A special shop will open with Windblume items include the lyre. It does have a hefty price tag of 150,000 Mora. Once you pay the fee, the lyre will be added to your inventory and you can equip it to use. Once equipped you will be able to play tunes all over Teyvat.
