There are multiple ways to heal in Weird West. You can use bandages to recover a lot of health and stop any bleeding wounds. Eating food will also heal you or give you a timed regeneration. You can also find items in the world to heal you, such as water barrels and cacti. Some characters can eat corpses to regain health as well.

Both cacti and water barrels can heal you and can be found in most areas. These are great ways to heal yourself without wasting your own supplies. If you get hurt in a fight, look around the area, and you might find some quick healing.

You can also cook any raw food on a campfire, so keep an eye out for these as well. If none of these are available, you may be able to find food in the area. Otherwise, you will have to rely on bandages.
