What happens if you save all the Waddle Dees? – Kirby and the Forgotten Land

A true hero never backs down from a challenge.

Saving all the Waddle Dees in Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a very time consuming task. There are a total of 300 Waddle Dees that you need to save in the game, if you want to that is. And the reward for this is rather underwhelming. You don't get any game changing item, nor does it make you powerful. But what it does is you get to see two golden statues of Kirby and Elfilin, once you return to Waddle Dee town.

Once you return to the town after rescuing all the 300 Waddle Dees, not only will you see the two golden statues that we've mentioned above, but you will also notice a pop-up on your screen that will say that all the Waddle Dees have finally returned home. And after this point, whenever you return to the town, you'll get to see these golden statues, that will serve as a reminder of how underwhelming this reward is.

If you're someone who guns for that 100% completion tag for each and every game, this is one feat that you should pursue. Otherwise, it's just too much work. Feel free to not rescue all the Waddle Dees from their plight, but then again, do you really want to let these cute little things suffer?
