The event we've all been waiting for.

The Season 3 update is bringing what seems to be the biggest event in the history of Call of Duty: Warzone (yes, even greater than the Battle of Verdansk live-event that concluded with the nuking of the original map). Let's check out the release date of Operation Monarch in Warzone.

When are Godzilla and Kong coming to Warzone?

Operation Monarch, including Godzilla and Kong, is arriving to Warzone on May 11 at 9am PT. The event is a crossover between Call of Duty and the MonsterVerse. While the developers will share more information soon, only time will tell how good or bad the "Godzilla vs Kong" event will turn out to be.

Prior to the main event, players can explore Caldera to uncover various secrets, including Monarch research sites, cave paintings, massive skulls, and a mythical axe near Resort. Furthermore, a new point of interest, Dig Site, housing clues about the event, and monsters will be added at the launch of Season 3.
