How to Start a First-Generation Life

Unlike a Second-Generation Life, starting a first-generation life is straightforward in BitLife. Open the New Life option from the main menu and begin from any country you choose. I would pick the USA or Canada to make your life easy in the future. With that, you will complete the first objective in the House Flipper challenge.

Throughout the challenge, ensure you never get a full-time job and only make your living by flipping houses. You can also get a part-time Job. For this, visit the part-time section under the Jobs tab for available part-time or freelance jobs.

To sell more than ten houses, you need money. Since you cannot get a full-time job, getting a part-time job is the only way. So, after 16, save until you have $25K in your account. Now, use that money to buy something like a trailer from the Real Estate section under the Shopping tab. Go to your Assets tab under the main menu and click on your recently purchased property. Use the Sell option under that property and try to sell it with a margin of $2 to $5K more than your purchase value. For example, if I bought a trailer worth $18K, I would try to sell that off for $20K or more.

Using that money, purchase a bigger house and try to sell it off. At the same, keep doing your part-time job to save more money. Around 30 to 35, you will start selling houses from 150K to $300K. Rake in the profit and increase your margin. With time, you will make $1.5 million from Real Estate Profits and would have sold more than ten houses.

How to be 60 or younger

The final objective of the House Flipper is to be 60 or younger. Finish the rest of the objectives in the challenge before turning 60 to finish this particular objective and the entire challenge.

Tips for completing the House Flipper Challenge

Here are some general tips and tricks to finish the House Flipper Challenge.

  • Never stop listing your house if it goes unsold. Try to sell your home the same year you buy it, as this will keep the money flowing.
  • If you feel earning money as a part-time employee is challenging, you can start a business independently and become a Social Media Influencer to gain a lot of money.
  • Flipping Haunted houses can help you earn a lot of profit. Find any home with the Haunted tag and try to resell it. Remember, it can be challenging to resell these houses sometimes, so take the risk if you have the financial might.
