• Hide in the weapons room in the corner tower.
• Wait until all but one of the NPCs have rappeled down the rope.
• Sprint to the rope and quickly rappel down it.

This may take a few tries, as the snipers will try and mow you down as you run. They have great aim and brutal efficiency, so don't feel bad if you get picked off. Some players have reported having higher success by throwing smoke grenades, making it harder for the snipers to see them.

If this does not work, or you cannot make it to rope without getting shot down, you may need to restart the mission.
