Final Fantasy XIV knows love is in the air this season, and that’s why players can win some fantastic items in the Vibrant Valentine Sweepstakes! Announced on February 7 on the FFXIV official Twitter, "A Vibrant Valentione Sweepstakes" gives you a chance to win in-game items by sharing pictures of your Warrior of Light with their beloved.
The beloved can be your friend, ceremony of eternal bonding partner, or even your favorite NPC. Then you can submit the screenshot of your character to the FFXIV Twitter using the #FFXIV and #FFXIVSweepstakes hashtags to be entered with a chance to win. You’ll also need to include your full in-game character name, your full in-game home world name, and your choice of prize.

Speaking of prizes, you can choose between the Bluebird Earring, the adorable Gaelicap, Modern Aesthetics - Strife emote, or Noble Barding. The first two are glamorous items, while the second is more practical. Additionally, some of these items are either unobtainable or exclusive to the competitions. For instance, the Gaelicap was previously only available as a Weapon Design contest prize, in previous sweepstakes, or from the 2016 fan festival.
Full details of the sweepstakes are available on the official website, and you should definitely double-check the details. After all, it would suck to miss out on the prize because you missed a detail. Winners are chosen by Square Enix on or around March 1. So why not enter? You’ve got nothing to lose!
