Laswell's Letter is the Tier 1 story mission for the Black Mous faction in Call of Duty: Warzone DMZ; it tasks you with reading Laswell's Letter in the notes menu to complete the required task. In this guide, I've explained where to find this notes menu and how to finish the objective.
Laswell's Letter Black Mous Mission DMZ
The notes menu can be accessed from the DMZ main menu screen, as I've shown in the images above. Select the Mission Objectives tab and scroll to find the Notes Collection section, where you can read Laswell's Letter.
In the letter, you are tasked to go to an upload station at the top of a radio tower and resume the upload. You can complete this objective easily in Al Mazrah or Ashika Island. Radio towers like the one shown in the first image can be found throughout these maps at major POIs.
If you can't find one, simply start a Secure Intel contract and it'll mark a nearby tower for you. Climb up the ladder to reach the top of the radio tower and interact with equipment to Begin Upload; stay up there until the upload is finished, after which the Laswell's Letter mission should be complete.
