Disney Dreamlight Valley has officially added the Enchanted Adventure update in-game, and players looking to see Belle have got their hands full with the new quests. Into the West Wing is one such quest which players can start as soon as they unlock the Beauty and the Beast realm.
Before completing Into the West Wing, you will need to complete various tasks; some of them are easy while others might require a lot of running in search of clues. If you are stuck finding the secret passage in the Library, then here's how you can complete this step easily.
How to start the Into the West Wing quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To start the Into the West Wing, players need to unlock the Beauty and the Beast Realm. To do that, head to the Dream Castle in the Plaza. The door to the Beauty and Beast Realm will have a rose on it and to unlock it, you need to spend 12,500 Dreamlight. After entering the Beauty and the Beast realm, you will find a floating book; following it will lead you to Belle in the Library.
After finding Belle, speak to her, and she will tell you to collect five more flying books. Collecting them can be a little tricky because they keep floating really fast. After catching them, return to Belle and give her the books. She will tell you about her problems with the Beast and you need to help her. To do this, you will need to find a secret passage in the library where you found Belle.
How to find the Secret Passage in the Library in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The secret passage will reveal itself once you fix the broken ladder which can be found in the library itself. The broken ladder is on the right-hand side of the fireplace and just beside the huge window in the library. Check the yellow arrow on the image above to see how the ladder looks. To fix the ladder, you will need the following items:
- Four missing steps that look like wooden planks.
- Two missing wheels.
Check the image above to see how they look. You will find all the items scattered inside the Library; they will glow with a sparkle so it's pretty easy to spot them.
After gathering all the items, head to the broken ladder and interact with it by pressing E. After this, transfer all the six items to the menu which will pop up after interacting with the broken ladder. Once you have fixed the ladder, it will reveal the way to the secret passage.
After revealing the way to the secret passage, you can continue with the next steps of the quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
