RogueCop Rogue City has some side quests with objectives that aren't straightforward. One such objective is finding Officer Kowalsky, but I've got just the intel you need to find her without breaking a sweat.
RoboCop Rogue City - Where to find Officer Kowalsky in Get Well, Lewis
With Officer Lewis down for the count, you're given the task of getting the signatures for a Get Well card in the side quest Get Well, Lewis. You need to get them from officers around the police station, but Officer Kowalsky in particular can be a bit annoying to find. This is because he is hidden in the back of the office, away from most of the others.
You can find Officer Kowalsky on the right side of the police station's lobby area in Metro West.
Kowalsky is sitting down on a set of boxes behind a cubical wall. He, like many of the officers you need to find, is stressed out about Officer Lewis, who is undergoing surgery due to a gunshot wound. Once you talk to him, a cutscene with begin with him signing the Get Well card. Afterward, you're prompted to find other officers willing to sign it, but finding these others is extremely straightforward when compared to Officer Kowalsky.
