As you wander the Exclusion Zone, you may come across some inactive turrets that require a Circuit to activate. Here's where you can find a Deadbolt Turret Circuit in MW3 Zombies.
How to get a Deadbolt Turret Circuit
Deadbolt Turrets are extremely potent against all types of zombies, and using them in favorable positions can earn you an easy victory. Before can you use a Deadbolt Turret, though, you first need to get your hands on a Circuit. Thankfully, they aren't super hard to find if you know where to look.
Circuits are most commonly found within Aether Caches of all types. Aether Caches are scattered around the Exclusion Zone at random, but one surefire way to find one is to disinfect an Infested structure. The two types of Infested structures are Aether Nests and Infested Strongholds, which appear on your map marked as infestation points:
Both of these will reward you with an Aether Cache, which often contains a Circuit for a Deadbolt Turret. These come in all ammo mod flavors including Brain Rot and Dead Wire; when you activate one of the turrets, it will use the deposited ammo type, gaining access to the special effects tied to the ammo mod.
How to activate a Deadbolt Turret in MW3 Zombies
Once you have a Circuit, look for the turret icon on your world map to find one.
Navigate over to the turret and interact with it. This should open a loot menu where you can choose a Circuit to deposit.
Once you close this menu, the turret will activate and open fire on any undead threats in the area, tearing them to pieces in moments. Deadbolt Turrets stay active for a few minutes before powering down. To turn them on again, simply deposit another Circuit and close the menu.
