How to get Wheat in Palworld

In Palworld, you can collect and grow different types of crops, grains, berries, and vegetables that can be used to feed and sustain Pals. Wheat is an essential food item found commonly in the game, so here's how to farm this crop in Palworld.

How to get a Wheat Plantation in Palworld

Wheat can be obtained through different methods in Palworld, the easiest of which involves exploring and looting around the map. I recommend opening chests and hunting wild Pals to gather different types of resources quickly while exploring the map. The Wheat Plantation unlocks at Technology Level 15, use your Technology Points to claim the build schematic. Once that's done, you can build a Wheat Plantation at your settlement to farm the crop.

Open the build menu and navigate to the Food section. Here you'll find different types of Plantations and cooking essentials. You'll need the following items to build a Wheat Plantation, so make sure to collect them beforehand:

• Wheat Seeds: 3
• Wood: 35
• Stone: 35

With the Wheat Plantation ready, start sowing seeds, and watering the crops. You can also assign different Pals with Watering, Gathering, Farming, and, Transporting Work Suitability to harvest Wheat at your settlement.

Where to buy Wheat and Wheat Seeds in Palworld

You can also obtain Wheat and Wheat Seeds from the Wandering Merchant located at the Small Settlement Fast Travel Point (check the white circle on the map image above). Visit the settlement, interact with the merchant, and use Gold to purchase them.

Both Wheat and Wheat Seeds cost around 100 Gold each, so make sure to buy plenty to use for the Wheat Plantation. You can also purchase other essential items from this vendor like Flame Organ, Medical Supplies, Wool, Leather, and more in exchange for Gold.

How to get Flour in Palworld

Flour is an essential cooking ingredient which can be obtained from Wheat. For this, you must build a Crusher at your settlement. The Crusher build schematic unlocks at Technology Level 9. Unlock this construct using Technology Points and build it at your settlement using Wood (50), Stone (20), and Paldium Fragments (10). Once the Crusher is ready, all you need to do is add Wheat to the machine to make Flour. You'll need three grains of Wheat to make Flour in a Crusher in Palworld.
