Apex Legends adds a Custom Reticle Color System for the Raiders Collection Event

Custom Reticles are finally here.

Apex Legends has one of the best user interfaces (UI) of any battle royale game. From its ping system to its Heads Up Display (HUD). One thing, however, that was always missing from the UI was the ability to customize your weapon’s reticle.

There were some ways to fake it, such as setting certain colorblind settings in the game. However, there wasn’t ever a true way to customize your reticle. Your Aim Down Sights (ADS) is only as good as you are able to see it, and not being able to choose the color of your reticle was a major oversight for a long time.

Not anymore! Custom Reticles are finally arriving at Apex Legends alongside the first-ever holiday collection event, the Raiders Collection Event. This was a long-time requested feature by players, and the development team has discussed that it was in the works for a while now.

The Customize Reticle option will be found in the Gameplay Settings menu, and the option is being added to Apex Legends on Dec. 7 alongside the Raiders Collection Event patch.
