To equip a talisman, open the inventory screen and select the "Talisman" category. Then, choose the talisman you want to equip from your inventory, which will be visible on Basim's left shoulder.

In Assassin's Creed Mirage, talismans are purely cosmetic items that do not have any effect on gameplay—they hang from the back of Basim's cloak and display their iconography when equipped.
