In order to win games in Backpack Battles, you will need to combine items to make powerful weapons, potions, and other items in order to defeat your opponents. Here is a list of all the currently available combinations, what they do, and all their stats.

Backpack Battles recipes

There are dozens of recipes in Backpack Battles, each used to boost weapons, add extra buffs to pets, make potions more powerful, and more. To upgrade a weapon or other item, you will need to place the item and its upgrade material next to each other in your backpack. After a round of them sitting next to each other, they will combine to make the new item. Here is what you can make.

Holy SpearSpear & Glowing CrownGodly Holy MeleeOn hit, destroy 6 shield, and cleanse 1 debuff for each starred free spot or holy item in front of it. Use 25 mana to become invulnerable and attack 100% faster once.
Molten SpearSpear & Flame & FlameEpic Fire MeleeBefore missing, use 1 Heat to hit instead and deal +3 damage. On hit, destroy 4 Block for each Starred Fire item in front of it.

ShovelPan & BroomRare MeleeOn hit, get a chance to to inflict 1 blind. A chance of digging up a random item.
Poison DaggerDagger & Pestilence FlaskEpic MeleeOn hit, give the target 2 poison. On stun, trigger an additional attack.

Stone HelmCap of Resilience & Stone Skin PotionLegendary HelmetAt the start of battle, reduce damage by 25% for 5s, and gain 20 shield. Gain a 25% chance to prevent incoming attacks being crits. Gain a 25% chance to prevent being stunned.
Cap of DiscomfortCap of Resilience & Corrupted CrystalLegendary HelmetAt the start of battle, reduce damage by 25% for 5s. Whenever your opponent gains a buff, you have a 15% chance to nullify it. Your opponent's healing is reduced by 30%.
Corrupted ArmorHoly Armor & Corrupted CrystalGodly Dark ArmorStarred Holy items are now also Dark. Starred Dark items to help prevent debuffs you've given you opponent from being cleansed. Gain 70 shield at the beginning of the battle. Every 2s, cleanse 2 debuffs from yourself and put them on your opponent.

Moon ShieldShield of Valor & Mana OrbGodly Holy ShieldStarred items gives you +30% shield. For each 12 shield gained this way, get 1 mana. On attacked, get a 35% chance to prevent 12 damage and remove 0.7 stamina from your opponent.
Sun ShieldShield of Valor & Flame & FlameGodly Holy Fire ShieldWhen attacked, 35% chance to prevent 14 damage and remove 0.7 stamina from your opponent. When Starred items gain 10 Block, deal 4 damage.
Vampiric GlovesGloves of Haste & Blood AmuletGodly Vampiric GlovesAfter 4s, gain 5 vampirism, and starred items trigger 35% faster.

How to craft in Backpack Battles

In order to craft items in Backpack Battles, you need to place the items next to one another in your backpack. After a full round, the items will merge together to make the new item. If the screen does not flash green text with the item you are planning to make, as it shows in the screenshot above, you have gotten the recipe wrong, or the items are not touching one another in your backpack.
