If becoming a doctor or surgeon is your dream, then you must know how to go to Medical School in BitLife. To attend Medical School, you must have good Smarts stats, typically above 90, and get a university degree related to medicine.

How to have a high Smarts stat in BitLife

Instead of improving the Smarts stat of the character over time, it is best to select a character with a Smarts rating above 90 while creating your avatar. You can keep rerolling for such a character or custom design manually if you have the God-Mode DLC. 

Acquiring the stat at birth is only half the process, as you must maintain it until you get an admission. After turning 13 and reaching middle school, use the Study Harder option every year.

Make sure to use it every day until you graduate high school. Also, start visiting the library and participating in debate competitions to keep your brain sharp.

How to enroll in Medical School in Bitlife

After graduating high school, the next step is to join a college. While applying, make sure to select any one of the following courses as your core subject/major - Nursing, Science, or Biology. 

If you cannot find such a subject, restart your application or age up to find a new set of options. Choose any one of your liking and then complete the course without any hiccups. Ensure to use the Study Harder option to maintain the Smarts stat. 

Immediately after college, click on the Medical School option from the Education tab to pursue higher education.

Once you are enrolled, it will take a few years to pass, and at this point, you will become a Doctor. Get a job as a Jr. Doctor or Associate Doctor to enter the industry. 

Keep working hard by increasing your work hours and using the Work Harder option to gain promotions. With time, you will climb the ladder and get one of the following positions in the industry according to your path.

•  Family Doctor
•  Brain Surgeon
•  Sr. Psychiatrist
