There are a total of 6 Operator Bundles coming this Halloween. Out of these six, three will be accessible for limited time period.
Limited-Time SCREAM Operator Bundle
The new limited-time Halloween bundle comes with the Legendary Ghostface Operator on October 19. He is a standalone operator and will have his own unique voicelines. The bundle comes with several other rewards such as legendary weapon blueprints, charms, emblem, calling card, and finishing move.

Tracer Pack: Donnie Darko Limited-Time Bundle
This is the second limited-time bundle in The Haunting event. The Donnie Draker psychological thriller inspired bundle will be available to purchase on October 24. This bundle for Baker features Frank the Rabbit Operator Skin along with other items.

Ghost of War Limited-Time Ultra Skin
The Ghost of War Ultra Skin will be available to players who digitally pre-order Call of Duty: Vanguard between October 22 and November 2.
Tracer Pack: Necro Queen Reactive Mastercraft
This Mastercraft Bundle features the Necro Queen Ultra skin for Portnova. With this bundle, players will also receive other rewards including the Void Monster Reactive Mastercraft Assault Rifle Blueprint in Call of Duty.
Tracer Pack: Disciple of Mayhem Ultra Bundle
The Ultra Bundle comes with the Disciple of Mayhem Operator Skin for Weaver. You can complete operator missions to unlock COD Points and more skin variants.
Tracer Pack: Lumens Maxis Ultra Bundle
The Samantha Maxis Lumens Ultra Operator Skin arrives on October 22 in the COD Store. The bundle will come with "three Legendary Weapon Blueprints with bright electric Tracer Fire", as described in Call of Duty Blog.
