Ashika Island is one of the maps available in Call of Duty: DMZ, and it is filled with hidden caches and locked loot crates that players can unlock during every run. If you have a key to a specific locked building or loot box like the Floatsam Cargo Cache Key then you can unlock the corresponding locked space. Here's how to find and where to use the Floatsam Cargo Cache Key in Call of Duty DMZ.
Floatsam Cargo Cache Key Location DMZ
The Floatsam Cargo Cache is a locked supply crate located in the water channel at map coordinate E6 between the Town Center and Beach Club POIs on Ashika Island. Check the yellow pin on the map image above to see the exact location of the Floatsam Cargo Cache. To access the cache, go underwater and find a submerged white cargo container. Swim to the container and use the Floatsam Cargo Cache Key to access the loot inside.
This water channel leads to the Waterways section of the map underneath the Tsuki Castle and is heavily guarded by Shadow Company AI soldiers. Therefore, you should proceed carefully while accessing the Floatsam Cargo Cache. The supply crate may contain random loot items and even something valuable if you're lucky.
How to get Floatsam Cargo Cache Key in DMZ
Keys are found randomly while looting across different maps in DMZ. You can find them in loot caches, clothes, containers, lockers, toolboxes, underground spaces, and other areas. The most assured way to obtain keys is to complete HVT contracts. I would recommend completing a few HVT contracts over on the Ashika Island map to get different keys like the H.M.S. Shipwreck, Drifting Supply Bag, and even the Floatsam Cargo Cache key. Alternatively, if your teammate or friend has a key, ask them to drop it to you in-game to use it and unlock the corresponding locked space.
