With the Season 3 update for Call of Duty: Warzone DMZ, players witnessed the introduction of new plate carriers. Initially, only a standard 3-Plate Vest was available in the game. After this feature was added, players were allowed to choose from four different variants of the vest with unique properties.
How to get a 3-Plate Stealth Vest in DMZ
A 3-Plate Stealth Vest comes pre-equipped with the Ghost perk that keeps you off of enemy radars. It is an item that you can get via the Barter menu at any Buy Station on Al Mazrah. To get a Stealth Vest Armor, you need to collect the following valuables and exchange them at a shop:
- 2 Electrical Components
- 1 Comic Book
- 1 Game Console

The first item, Electrical Components, can be very easily acquired from computers and toolboxes. Look for these specifically inside office buildings. Comic Book is another common item that can be found inside lockers and placed on tables and shelves. On the other hand, the Game Console is a bit difficult to get your hands on. I suggest you search for it on tables and shelves inside apartments and houses.
How does the Stealth Vest work in DMZ?
As mentioned previously, a Stealth Vest gives you all the benefits of the Ghost perk. It doesn't reveal your location on enemies' tac maps if they're using a UAV Tower, UAV killstreak, Heartbeat Sensor, or Portable Radar. However, you'll be visible to them momentarily if you fire an unsuppressed weapon. Also, a Stealth Vest doesn't shield you from an Advanced UAV.
If you have a normal 3-Plate Vest, make sure to pick this plate carrier if you find it on an enemy operator's body. It's identified by an eye symbol present on the vest. You can also get the Stealth Vest from the Sniper Team's Hideout in Akhdar Village, but this locked room requires a Skeleton Key.
