Call of Duty: Warzone's latest season brings in a lot of novel changes like gunplay updates, map changes, and brand-new cosmetics. Thanks to the introduction of cross-progression this season, mobile players will be able to link their accounts with their console/PC Call of Duty: Warzone's progress.
Here is how you can go about linking your account to experience cross-progression.
How to enable cross-progression on your Warzone account
Head to the Activision login/sign-up page, and enter your username and password. Next, follow these steps:
- Once you have entered your details, select the login option.
- You'll notice a bunch of platform icons below. Choose the ones you wish to link.
- Once you're signed in, next comes the hamburger menu to your top left. Select this.
- You'll notice your account and profile. Here, select Linked Accounts.
- The website will verify your account through email.
- Once you're through with this, you can now link your desired platform.
Complete this successfully, and all your Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile progression will be synced with your other selected platform.
What to expect from cross-progression
Once players have linked their platforms, they can sync their Operators, Battle Pass XP, Weapons, across both platforms. Considering how millions of fans have been enjoying the game lately, it'll certainly help to have a cross-progression system in place.
You can be at home pouring in those countless hours to progress your Battle Pass, or simply playing a game or two while commuting. Regardless of where you are, your progress is now always updated, across different devices.
Please note that this does not mean that you can cross-play with players across other systems. Cross-play would be an ideal addition to the game, enriching the community in multiple ways. Unfortunately, this simply isn't an option at the moment. This may be added to the game in the future, but at the time of writing, Call of Duty: Warzone only has cross-progression with the mobile version of the game.
