Warzone Season 6 Meta Loadouts - Best guns to use right now

After testing out several weapons, I've come up with a list of the top meta guns in Warzone Season 6. You must try out the following recommended loadout builds and weapon combinations.

1. DTIR 30-60 & Static-HV Loadout

The DTIR 30-60 Battle Rifle is the newest weapon in Warzone and you can unlock it via the Season 6 Battle Pass. Unsurprisingly, this weapon has one of the fastest time-to-kill (TTK) and zero recoil with the right attachments. However, there is a lot of muzzle smoke that makes it harder to track targets while shooting. You can mitigate this by using the Blackcell blueprint called Dead Haunting.

If you've been playing Warzone recently, you may know that the Quartermaster Suppressor muzzle is the meta attachment and is used on every weapon. I did the same here and added the long barrel for extra range. The stock helps with accuracy and upon using this gun you'll feel like it has no recoil.

For the secondary, the Static-HV SMG still holds the crown for the best close-range gun thanks to its fast TTK and mobility. I've used the standard best attachments that boost the weapon's mobility and handling while maintaining its accuracy. The DTIR 30-60 & Static-HV combo is hands down the best meta loadout in Warzone 6.

2. Pulemyot 762 & Superi 46 Loadout

Ammunition7.62x54MMR High Velocity

After the RAAL MG was nerfed in a patch last month, Pulemyot 762 retook its spot as the best LMG in the game. Although the PKM is quite heavy and lacks mobility, it's superb as a long-range weapon thanks to its high damage output and minimal recoil. The attachments used here improve the gun's range and mobility to some extent.

You can use the Superi 46 SMG as the close-range weapon alongside the Pulemyot 762 Light Machine Gun. It's very agile, easy to use, and kills faster than most other weapons in its class. I prefer the clean iron sights on this gun, but you can replace one of the attachments with a preferred optic if necessary.

3. STG44 & FJX Horus Loadout

Even after the recent nerf, STG44 is still the best Assault Rifle in Warzone Season 6. With the recoil reduction suppressor and stock, it gets a massive accuracy and is suitable for both controller and keyboard-mouse players. As always, you can equip the optic of your choice, but I recommend the JAK Glassless as it offers a clean look with a minor aim-down-sight (ADS) penalty.

I keep swapping between the FJX Horus SMG and the Static-HV in Warzone as both the weapons are great for close-quarters engagements. The mobility and TTK are comparable on these guns, but the FJX Horus has a faster fire rate, which means it is more forgiving even if you miss a few shots on the enemy.

4. SVA 545 & Striker Loadout

The next loadout includes the SVA 545 Assault Rifle and Striker SMG: two weapons that have continued to be among the meta weapons in Warzone 3 since the beginning. The SVA 545 is one of the best long-range ARs alongside STG44 and Holger 556. Make sure to switch the fire mode to burst for maximum effectiveness as this is what gives the weapon its competitive TTK.

You can't go wrong with the Striker SMG in Warzone Season 6. Alongside great mobility and handling stats, the gun has substantial damage output at close range. I've used the Stubby Barrel and JAK Slash to further boost the speed and the Assault Stock for improved recoil control.

5. WSP-9 and Kar98k Loadout

Finally, let me share the ultimate meta sniper loadout you should be using in Warzone right now. For the primary, go with the WSP-9 SMG as it's easy to control, has good movement speed, and a decent TTK. SMGs mentioned previously can kill a bit faster, but this gun makes the best sniper support build.

The Kar98k Marksman Rifle is the king of one-shot snipers in the Battle Royale. The alternatives are considerably slower when it comes to ADS speed, therefore, everyone just prefers using this iconic weapon for those sweet long-range one-taps or quickscoping. With that said, let me share with you one other, bonus sniper rifle build that I'm enjoying right now.

The KATT-AMR received a new Aftermarket Part called the JAK Salvo Conversion Kit with the Season 6 update. Unlock this attachment via the weekly challenges and convert your weapon into a rocket launcher-cum-sniper. It's a fun weapon to use, but I don't consider it meta as the bullet velocity is too low.

Best Class Setup in Warzone Season 6 - Perk Package & Equipment

Screenshot by Pro Game Guides

This meta loadout guide would be incomplete if I had left out some of the crucial parts of a class setup in Warzone: Perks and Equipment. Nothing has changed much when it comes to selecting your perk and gear in Warzone for the past few seasons. Here is my recommendation for the best class setup, but feel free to make changes as per your playstyle and requirements:

  • Perk Package
    • Mountaineer: Reduces the fall damage and allows you to survive the fall from greater heights.
    • Fast Hands: Reload your weapons faster.
    • Quick Fix: Health regeneration starts the moment you down and player or insert a plate.
    • High Alert: Your screen flashes yellow if an enemy outside your view looks at you.
  • Tactical Equipment: Smoke Grenade - Helps you evade and hide when in the open.
  • Lethal Equipment: Semtex - The timed sticky grenade is the most used lethal in the game.
