Diablo Immortal is the latest title in the Diablo series. It launched on mobile devices and PC, also offering crossplay and cross-progression. To take advantage of this, you will need to connect your Battle.net account to Diablo Immortal. This may leave you wondering how to link your Battle.net account to Diablo Immortal.
How to set up cross-progression in Diablo Immortal
This applies to mobile users, as those playing on PC will already be connected through the Battle.net Launcher. From the main screen of Diablo Immortal, click on the top-left of the screen where you see it says Guest. This will prompt you to sign into a Battle.net account.
Follow the steps and sign in, completing whatever verification is needed. Once you have done this, your mobile account will be linked to your Battle.net account, and cross-progression will be enabled between the mobile version and PC version. If you need help downloading and installing Diablo Immortal on PC, we've got you covered.
How to fix account connection errors
Unfortunately, there is no real solution to this issue. The Diablo Immortal forums recommend restarting your device, which may have some limited success. We initially failed to connect our accounts but were able to after repeatedly trying. So, if you keep trying, you may get lucky, and the issue will resolve itself.
