Where to find Marshmallows in Disney Dreamlight Valley

There are two types of marshmallows to find in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Pink Marshmallows

The Pink Marshmallows appear on three new marshmallow bushes that you'll find somewhere in your Valley. Most players seem to be finding their marshmallow bushes in the Plaza, which is usually where event bushes spawn.

Two of mine were right next to Scrooge's store, and the third was by my house, but I don't have much space in my Plaza for them to appear elsewhere.

Look around for deep green bushes with trios of marshmallows growing on them. Despite this cosmetic appearance, you'll get four marshmallows each time you harvest a Marshmallow bush in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Pink Marshmallows reappear every 30 minutes.

You can move the marshmallow bushes in Furniture Mode and it won't affect how often more marshmallows appear.

Blue Marshmallows

Remember when we had to run around looking for buttons? Yeah, it's that time again, but it's marshmallows now.

Blue Marshmallows can spawn anywhere in your Valley. They're difficult to find because they're so small, so be sure to scour every nook and cranny of your Valley to find them. They only appear outside, thankfully, so you won't need to run in and out of your residents' homes.

You can find Blue Marshmallows in these biomes:

  • The Plaza
  • The Peaceful Meadow
  • Dazzle Beach
  • The Forest of Valor
  • The Glade of Trust

Blue Marshmallows spawn every 30 minutes, and there will be a maximum of 12 on the ground at any one time.

If you're struggling to find marshmallows, I recommend picking up all consumables around your Valley. This includes wood, breaking rocks, watering mushrooms, and uprooting the thorns. Some of the Blue Marshmallows might even be hiding under buildings — which is something I really wish GameLoft would fix.

What recipes use Marshmallows in Disney Dreamlight Valley

When you load up Disney Dreamlight Valley for the first time during the End of Summer event, you'll find two new recipes in your inbox. These are the Roasted Marshmallows and S’mores recipes.

To make Roasted Marshmallows, you need two Pink Marshmallows and two Blue Marshmallows.

To make S’mores, you need one Pink Marshmallow, one Blue Marshmallow, and two Wheat.

The really lovely thing about this is that GameLoft didn't try to have us craft marshmallows before we could use the new recipes. The idea of marshmallows randomly appearing on bushes and popping up around the Valley is beautifully funny.

New craftable furniture for the End of Summer event

Alongside the two new marshmallow recipes, Disney Dreamlight Valley players will be able to craft three new furniture items for their Valley.

  • Bonfire
  • Outdoor Lounge Chair
  • Vintage Cooler

These won't just appear on your crafting list like other items do, though. If you can't craft the End of Summer event furniture, it's because you haven't made the marshmallow recipes yet. You have to cook both the Roasted Marshmallows and S’mores recipes to unlock the three new furniture items.
