To make red fruit sorbet, you'll need four ingredients:

  • One Raspberry
  • One Gooseberry
  • One Sugarcane
  • One Slush Ice

The fruits aren't hard to get. Raspberries are the easiest to find, especially in the Plaza and Meadow. Gooseberries are located in both the Frosted Heights and the Forgotten Lands. For the sugarcane, repair Goofy's Stall on Dazzle Beach. There he'll either sell sugarcane seeds or the whole plant.

To get the slush ice, you need to first get Remy's friendship up to level 10 and complete his final quest. This can take a little time, so make it a point to level him up fairly quickly so you aren't stuck waiting for him to decide to make vanilla ice cream.

Once you've finished Remy's final quest, head to Chez Remy and purchase a slush ice from the kitchen inventory. Then, go to the stove and add all your ingredients to the pot with a piece of coal. The resulting product is a sweet and tangy red fruit sorbet.
