During Ranni's questline, you will have to take on tasks from three people serving her. One of those being Precepter Seluvis, who will give you a task after meeting him at Seluvis's Rise. He will ask you to give Nepheli a potion, but like everything in Elden Ring, your actions may have unforeseen consequences. So, should you give the Seluvis Potion to Nepheli in Elden Ring?
The short answer is no. There are several ways to go about this questline, but giving Nepheli the potion is not worth it in the long run. Here is what happens if you do or do not give her the potion.

What happens if you give Nepheli the potion?
If you give her the potion, you will receive the Dolores Puppet Ashes but will end Nepheli's questline. You can continue with Seluvis's questline, but Nepheli will be gone. If you would like the Dolores Puppet Ashes, you can find Nepheli in the basement area of the Roundtable Hold past the blacksmith. If she is not there, it is possible she may be at the Village of the Albinaurics. After talking to her there, she will go to the Roundtable Hold.
What happens if you do not give Nepheli the potion?
Instead of giving Nepheli the potion, head up to Gideon's room in the Roundtable Hold. He will tell you that Nepheli is his daughter. You will then have the option to tell him about the potion. He will then suggest a plan where he destroys the potion and you trick Seluvis into thinking you gave it to Nepheli. This is the best option, as you can continue both questlines and can eventually unlock more Ashes from Seluvis.
