In Elden Ring, Stormhill Evergaol can be found very early in a playthrough. This Evergaol is located in Limgrave, just southwest of Stormgate. Since Stormgate is in a ravine area, players need to travel down the road a bit towards Stormveil Castle before turning around to find the Stormhill Evergaol. This Evergaol is not hard to reach, and there are not many enemies in this area, so players can head in and attempt this boss as early as they want.
What are Evergaols in Elden Ring?
Evergaols in Elden Ring are essentially prisons that contain powerful enemies and bosses. Players venturing inside one of these areas should be ready for a fight. The reward for defeating these bosses is often worth the risk.
Stormhill Evergaol will contain the Crucible Knight boss. This decently tough enemy can give players a difficult time in the early game. The Crucible Knight has a giant shield that will block most of the damage done by projectiles, and for melee players up close, this boss does huge amounts of damage with his melee attacks. The boss will drop Aspects of the Crucible: Tail when defeated.
