The most interesting inclusion is the new game mode—Crystalline Conflict. It's a 5v5 battle where teams compete to push a crystal into their opponent’s goal. Additionally, a collaboration with the popular Japanese show, GARO, brings in special mounts and equipment that can be equipped.
The patch also adds five new PvP actions, including Guard, Standard-issue Elixir, Purify, Sprint, and Recuperate. Other major adjustments to the arena include the following:
- Maximum HP and MP for all jobs has been adjusted.
- Job gauges no longer display.
- Damage modifiers have been adjusted on a per-job basis.
- Damage is no longer subject to RNG.
- Resistance effects no longer applied upon the expiration of status afflictions.
- The flying text appearance after dealing damage now changes based on target condition.
- Adrenaline Rush has been renamed to Limit Break. Each job now has its own unique limit break action.
