Field Surgeon is an Epic Fortnite Skin that represents a medical worker who would be out in the field in a combat situations. It's a pretty clean skin, but has the red highlights to give it a bit of pop. Epic hasn't explored this style of skin really, so it's fairly unique in the roster.
