The Hazard Agent skin was part of a set that is themed around the sci-fi theme of government agents who go to potentially contaminated areas. This trope usually involves aliens or abductions, and reminds me a lot of the X-Files. This is the female version of this style of skin and is a pretty solid turquoise/teal color with yellow highlights.
