The Massai Skin is an Epic Fortnite Outfit from the Midnight Grind set. Massai was available via the Battle Pass during Season 23 and could be unlocked on Page 3 and costs 9 Battle Stars.

The Air Walker Massai style can be unlocked on Page 4 of the Chapter 4 Season 1 Battle Pass for nine Battle Stars.

How-to Get the Massai Skin

Massai is part of Season 23. If that season is still currently in the game, you can obtain this item by purchasing and/or leveling up your Battle Pass.
