Fortnite has started Chapter 3 Season 1 with 20 new NPCs for us to find on the completely new island. Unlike the previous season, a lot of these NPCs seemed to be grouped together, making it much easier to fill out the collection book.
However, unlike the other food-related NPCs in this season who are all in Greasy Grove, Lil' Whip is at Coney Crossroads, the named location just barely northeast of the center of the island. The marker below shows his approximate location.
On the map, you can see that Lil' Whip is in the large restaurant in Coney Crossroads, in the southeast corner of town. Because of the AI mechanics, Lil' Whip might not spawn in every match that you play. This means you may have to play a few matches to find him. However, most of the NPCs this season don't travel far from their spawn points, so you won't have to go too far if they're patrolling the area.
The easiest way to find an NPC once you have approached their approximate location is to look for the Chat Bubble icon on your minimap. This icon represents NPCs available nearby. Walk towards that icon, and you'll be able to find Lil' Whip.
