To obtain Coral Branch of a Distant Sea, you'll need to challenge the Court of Flowing Sand Domain, a Domain of Forgery located in Inazuma.

Coral Branch of a Distant Sea are rewarded for finishing Domain of Forgery: Sunken Sands on level I or higher. This Domain can only be challenged on Mondays, Thursdays, or Sundays. The recommended party level for the Domain of Forgery: Sunken Sands level I is 15. If you challenge this Domain at higher levels, you have a chance at receiving more rewards, or rewards of a higher rarity. It's recommended to use Geo and Cryo characters in your party. The Domain challenge has the following disorder: When characters use Elemental Skills, a shockwave will be unleashed, dealing True DMG.

Collecting the rewards after challenging this Domain costs 20 Resin. You can also receive double the rewards by spending one Condensed Resin.

The Court of Flowing Sand Domain is on the North side of Narukami Island. See the image below for its exact location.  

Weapon Ascension Material. Watatsumi Island is the furthest from Narukami Island in the Inazuman island chain, and its name means “the god of the oceans” in the island’s ancient tongue. Legend has it that when the great serpent first arose within the abyssal nation of ever-night, its fluorescent body was covered in myriad-colored coral.
