To obtain Jeweled Branch of a Distant Sea, you'll need to challenge the Court of Flowing Sand Domain, a Domain of Forgery located in Inazuma.
Jeweled Branch of a Distant Sea are rewarded for finishing Domain of Forgery: Sunken Sands on level II or higher. This Domain can only be challenged on Mondays, Thursdays, or Sundays. The recommended party level for the Domain of Forgery: Sunken Sands level II is 39. If you challenge this Domain at higher levels, you have a chance at receiving more rewards, or rewards of a higher rarity. It's recommended to use Geo and Cryo characters in your party. The Domain challenge has the following disorder: When characters use Elemental Skills, a shockwave will be unleashed, dealing True DMG.
Collecting the rewards after challenging this Domain costs 20 Resin. You can also receive double the rewards by spending one Condensed Resin.
The Court of Flowing Sand Domain is on the North side of Narukami Island. See the image below for its exact location.
Weapon Ascension Material. This coral cannot be found anywhere in Teyvat, but was a gift that the great serpent obtained when it broke into the Dark Sea. For that abyssal snake, to be filled with coral was to be mighty, and its power would be shaved away as those corals were lost. In other words, those corals contain power far beyond the norm.
