The Crimson Witch of Flames artifact can be obtained from the Hidden Palace of Zhou Formula domain on Wuwang Hill, Liyue. The artifacts come in both a four-star and five-star set and can be farmed for free using your daily resin.

Here are the stats for the Crimson Witch of Flames artifact set:

• 2-Piece Set: +15 percent Pyro Damage
• 4-Piece Set: Overload an burning now does 40 percent more damage, while vaporize and melt reactions do 15 percent more damage. In addition, when triggering your elemental skill, the 2-piece set effect get a 50 percent boost for ten seconds, and the effect can stack up to three times.
