The Sailwind Shadow Outfit is a four-star skin that can exclusively be used by the Knights of Favonius' Cavalry Captain, Kaeya. It transforms him into a master thief in the makeshift play within the Veluriyam Mirage. How to get Kaeya's Sailwind Shadow Outfit for free in Genshin Impact
The Secret Summer Paradise event runs from July 5, 2023, to August 16, 2023. During this period, head to the event menu and select Collection on Cloud Nine to view the Joyeux Vouchers collection rewards. You must collect at least 150 Joyeux Vouchers from the Veluriyam Mirage to obtain Kaeya's Sailwind Shadow skin for free.
Since the Veluriyam Mirage is a limited-time area, you can't get this skin for free after August 16. Don't forget to claim it from the Collection on Cloud Nine page, or you won't be able to anymore afterward!

Where to get Kaeya's Sailwind Shadow skin in Genshin Impact
If you missed out on the Secret Summer Paradise event or weren't able to collect enough Joyeux Vouchers on time, don't worry as you can still get Kaeya's Sailwind Shadow Outfit any time. From Version 4.0 onwards, Sailwind Shadow will be added to the Character Outfit section of the Shop, where you can purchase it for 1,680 Genesis Crystals.
Genesis Crystals are paid currencies that can only be purchased using real-life money. Buying the Blessing of the Welkin Moon (monthly card) will reward you with 300 Genesis Crystals per pack, so you can slowly earn enough for skins even as a plankton.
