Pairing a physician with a grenade launcher certainly is bold, yet Natasha from Honkai Star Rail pulls it off well. When she's not busy helping her patients in the Underworld, she's secretly leading Wildfire, a rebel group that serves the people behind the scenes. If this wasn't enough reason to build her, she might be the only healer you have access to for weeks when you first start the game. Here are the best Light Cones, Relics, and other characters to pair her with.
Best Light Cone for Natasha in Honkai Star Rail
While you could give Natasha the only Five-Star, Abundance Light Cone—Time Waits For No One— I don't actually recommend it. This is the signature book for Bailu, and I think it is best saved for her. Instead, you could use the Four-Star Post-Op Conversation, which is obtained by pulling in the Gacha. It focuses on boosting Healing via the Ultimate, which is how Natasha does the majority of her healing.
Best free-to-play Light Cone for Natasha in Honkai Star Rail
If you haven't been lucky enough to find either of those Light Cones, the Multiplication or Cornucopia Three-Star Light Cones will do. While Multiplication's Effect doesn't sound like much, it serves to boost Natasha's overall Energy Regeneration while saving Skill points for the rest of the team, which you'll find handy in tougher battles.

Best Relic sets for Natasha in Honkai Star Rail
Natasha is pretty strictly a healer. You'll want to use the Passerby of Wandering Cloud Relic Set along with the Fleet of the Ageless Planar Ornaments. You'll receive a full set of Four-Star Passerby of Wandering Cloud Relics that work perfectly for Natasha in the early game from your Operation Briefing. I recommend using those until you can challenge the highest level of Caverns of Corrosion, so you can farm Five-Star Relics efficiently.
Which of Natasha's Stats should you boost?
Here again, Natasha has a fairly straightforward build. You want to boost her HP and Outgoing Healing wherever possible. I can easily recommend using the following main stats on any Relics for Natasha:
- Feet: HP%
- Body: Outgoing Healing
- Sphere: HP%
- Rope: HP% or Energy Regen Rate
Natasha's Path and Element in Honkai Star Rail
As a healer, Natasha follows the Path of Abundance, and she is one of only two characters that do in the first version of the game. She has a Physical Element, but don't expect her to do much damage. Truly, her only function is healing the team.
Who pairs well with Natasha in Combat?
In the early game? Anybody and everybody. If you do not draw Bailu in the Gacha, you will be pretty reliant on Natasha in any team comp as the healer. Even if you draw Bailu, you will likely need her for a second team in the Forgotten Hall, so don't neglect farming materials for Natasha as well.
As the game progresses, we expect Natasha to be outclassed by other healers. Even then, she may still be very handy in fights against bosses weak to the Physical Element, where Natasha can provide a little bit of help wearing down their toughness bar.
