The only way to get this Light Cone is through the Battle Pass, but it gives Serval higher damage based on her Max Energy (which is 100). This results in a 20% Damage boost.

For a better budget option, there's nothing wrong with slapping The Seriousness of Breakfast on Serval. This is a really easy Light Cone to get, and most players likely have a couple copies after doing some initial warps. The Seriousness of Breakfast offers a 15% Damage boost, but that number grows for every defeated enemy.
