Honkai Star Rail Welt kit, all Skills, Traces, & Eidolons

I've seen him before...

One of the more interesting characters aboard the Astral Express is Welt, a pullover character from Honkai Impact 3rd into Honkai: Star Rail. He'll be present through most of the Main Story as a member of the Nameless, and I can't help but want to choose him as my Free Standard Five-Star Character after 300 pulls. Want to see what's in his kit, to see what he can do in combat? Here it is, including all Skills, Traces and Eidolons.
