The initial download size is around 7 to 10GB. But updates are always (always!) happening, so prepare extra storage space.
Honkai Star Rail iOS system requirements
If you play on iOS, your device must be one of the following models or better. If your device meets the minimum requirements, the game will function smoothly with little to no graphics lag or stuttering, but possibly reduced settings. With the recommended specs, you'll be able to play at max capacity with no issues.

If you want to play on iPad, keep in mind that macOS is not supported—you must run on the standard iOS. Additionally, only iPhones and iPads running iOS 12 or later will be able to access Honkai: Star Rail.
