How to unlock Spirit Master difficulty in Kena: Bridge of Spirits

An unforgiving journey awaits.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is one of 2021's most surprising indie titles. Ember Labs' first video game is as charming as it is beautiful. Many players may be surprised to hear that the game offers a fair bit of challenge in its combat encounters. With four difficulties for players to try, there is plenty of replay value, though Players must unlock the Spirit Master difficulty first.

Players must beat Kena: Bridge of Spirits one time on any difficulty to unlock the Spirit Master mode. Completing the game's most challenging mode is required for those interested in tracking down that elusive platinum trophy, so 100%ing the game will take at least two playthroughs.

Spirit Master mode will require players to memorize boss battle, enemy movement patterns and max out their character level for maximum battle options, as bosses can kill Kena at total health in a single hit.

Spirit Master mode serves as a challenge for players familiar with the game's combat, and because of this, Ember Labs made sure it wasn't available from the beginning.
