How to upgrade abilities in Kena: Bridge of Spirits

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is an incredible adventure that allows players to fill the role of Kena, a young spirit guide aiding troubled souls. She uses a host of powerful abilities to take on the hostile spirits she encounters and can even upgrade these powers as the game progresses.

To upgrade abilities in Kena: Bridge of Spirits, players can press the touchpad to bring up the in-game menu and use R1 to move to the upgrades tab. Highlight the upgrade you want to unlock to view a short video highlighting the ability in the top right corner of the screen. Keep in mind that upgrades cost Karma, one of the game's consumable resources.

There are several ways to earn Karma points in Kena: Bridge of Spirits. We've listed a few ways that players can harvest Karma throughout their playthrough below:

• Defeating bosses
• Completing challenges (purifying Cat Shrines, Sharpshooting, Corrupted Chests)
• Clearing corruption in the open world
• Finding purple fruit for the Rot to eat
