There are tons of different endgame events in Lost Ark that you can participate in that yield a wide variety of rewards. These rewards can be used to purchase things and even craft armor. One such item that helps craft armor sets with higher item levels is called Knight's Oath.
Knight's Oath can only be farmed while completing Abyssal Dungeons specifically in the target area of Ancient Elveria. Abyssal Dungeons can be located in any major hub town alongside Guardian Raids and Abyss Raids and can only be completed once a week.

How to get Knight's Oath in Lost Ark
Since Knight's Oath can only be farmed in the Ancient Elveria Abyssal Raids, this means that you can only obtain it by completing either the Demon Beast Canyon or Necromancer's Origin Abyssal Dungeons.
Also, considering that it is only one of the expected rewards for completing the Abyssal Dungeon, there is a chance that it might not drop, meaning that you would need to wait until the following Thursday at 5 am EST to try again.
