Few games are as well-loved and known in the gaming industry as the Grand Theft Auto franchise. Fans have been speculating the return of several of the franchise’s most popular entries via a remastered collection, and Rockstar finally delivered to its fans in fall 2021.
On October 8th, 2021, Rockstar Games announced Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2021. This collection includes Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.

While Rockstar gave no official release date, more information is assuredly coming in the coming weeks. Rockstar did, however, release a trailer alongside this announcement that you can watch below:

Rockstar also announced that an iOS and Android port of the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is planned for the first half of 2022, so players can enjoy these classics from the comfort of their mobile devices.
