The Nikke Goddess of Victory units have various classifications and categories, but one of the most important ones is the Burst classification. They are all separated into Burst I, Burst II, and Burst III. In order to complete and maximize the potential of a Full Burst chain, you need units from all three categories.
In this Nikke Goddess of Victory best units tier list, we've tried to rate the best Nikke from all three Burst categories based on their usefulness in the game overall.
You'll notice Red Hood has her own tier, as she is a unique Nikke with a skill that can be activated at any Burst stage, making her the best unit in the game. You can build the rest of the team around her and not worry, as you can have any stage filled with her.

How to reroll in Nikke Goddess of Victory
The Nikke Goddess of Victory reroll process is the same as with many other gacha-style mobile games:
- Download the game and sign in as a guest.
- Play through the Tutorial.
- After the Tutorial, use your initial free Recruit pulls.
- If you don’t like them, log out of the game.
- Relog and repeat steps one to three above until you get pulls you’re happy with.
- Click the top-right icon in the corner, choose Account, then Link your account.
