You'll get Electronics from Computers, TVs, Radios, and other consumer electronics. You can find these most commonly in buildings. Gas Stations will usually have a radio somewhere around, so definitely check when you are refueling. Houses are similar, and you might even find a TV here and there.

The best buildings to check for Electronics are the Arda Trailers and Arda Towers. These will not only have TVs but computers as well, sometimes several of them at once. Look for these icons below on your map, and make sure to loot these buildings before you head on or head home.
