How can you get Pal Equipment in Palworld?
The Pal Equipment are items that help you make use of your Pal, such as letting you ride them or use them as a weapon or glider. To get the Pal Equipment, you will need the Pal Gear Workbench and Specific Pal's key items.

To get the Pal Gear Workbench, you have to reach level 6 and go to the Technology tab from the Pause Menu. Scroll down here and get the workbench by spending Technology Points. Once you have it, open Build mode and select Pal Gear Workbench from Production, and build it for 10 Paldium Fragments, 30 Wood, and 2 Cloth.
After you are done, you can open it to craft any Pal's key item you have acquired. To get these, you have to capture that specific Pal and look through the Technology tab to find the item needed to use with that Pal. After that, you can spend technology points to get those and craft them to use with your Pals.
